The SAP means Systems Applications and Products. Security is a one of the modules in SAP.
It is also known as technical module. So, SAP BASIS, SAP Security, SAP GRC & SAP ABAP are known as technical modules. Remaining modules are called Functional modules. i.e. SAP MM, QM, PM, HCM etc.
SAP Security protects against common threats to SAP environment.
Generally, SAP Security is divided into two parts.
